MC, in collaboration with ASD and other local partners, is organizing free screenings for type 2 diabetes on Monday, November 9, and Tuesday, November 10, in Sivry-Rance. A nurse will conduct a quick test and provide personalized advice.

Type 2 diabetes is a chronic condition characterized by excess sugar in the blood. In Belgium, it is estimated that one in three diabetics are undiagnosed. To raise awareness and encourage prevention, free screenings are being offered.
A nurse will perform a simple and quick screening. This gesture, taking only a few minutes, helps to better protect one's health and provides personalized advice based on the results.
The screenings will be held without appointments at two pharmacies in the municipality:
• On Monday, November 9, from 3 PM to 6 PM, at the Sivry pharmacy, located at Grand’Place 7.
• On Tuesday, November 10, from 3 PM to 6 PM, at Mathieu pharmacy, located at Grand’Rue 60a.
