After several months of work, Stade Mouscronnois, RFC Luingne, RUS Herseautoise, US Mouscron, RAS Risquons-Tout, and R Dottignies Sports have formalized a common code of conduct. This initiative is based on three major commitments.
The first commitment concerns the management of transfers between clubs within the entity. The goal is to clarify practices, reduce certain costs for players and their families, and facilitate discussions between the different bodies.
In this spirit, fair-play is also emphasized. All signatory clubs are actively committed to combating player poaching.
Finally, this charter ensures the continuation of the Tournoi de l’Entité des Jeunes (Youth Entity Tournament), whose first edition took place in 2026. The six Mouscron clubs thus commit to participating in its organization and execution.
While each club naturally retains its own identity, this initiative aims to bring greater transparency, exchange, dialogue, and collaboration to local football.
The City of Mouscron, through its Sports Department and its alderman, fully supports this initiative. It is pleased to see the entity's clubs unite for local football based on fair-play and cooperation.
