Launched in 2024 by the Culture department of the Commune of Celles, the Music Festival saw its first edition in Escanaffles. The tradition continued in Velaines in 2025 and Pottes in 2026.
Each year, citizens are invited to vote to designate the village that will become the headquarters for the festivities. For the 2027 edition, the choice was between Molenbaix and Popuelles, as the village center of Celles is under construction.
At the end of a three-week poll, Molenbaix won with 150 votes, ahead of Popuelles which received 67 votes.
The fourth edition of the Music Festival in the municipality will therefore take place in Molenbaix in June 2027. The exact date, likely Saturday the 12th, will be confirmed shortly.
