Several patriotic events are organized in the Ellezelles municipality during November. These events aim to commemorate important historical dates.
On Monday, November 9th, the Sacred Torch will pass through. The torch will stop in Wodecq at 10:15 AM, then in Lahamaide at 10:45 AM, before arriving in Ellezelles at 11:00 AM.
Armistice Day commemorations will take place on Wednesday, November 11th. In Lahamaide, a gathering and commemorative ceremony will be held at the monument by the church at 10:00 AM. In Wodecq, a similar gathering will occur inside the church at 10:30 AM. Finally, in Ellezelles, the ceremony will take place behind the church at 11:00 AM.
To conclude this series of commemorations, a Te Deum will be celebrated on Saturday, November 14th, at 7:00 PM in the church of Grand Monchaut.
