In preparation for All Saints' Day, the municipality of Soignies informs residents that works within cemeteries are prohibited from October 29 to November 2. Anyone wishing to carry out works before this period must obtain prior authorization from the Burial Service (Service Sépultures).
The opening hours for communal cemeteries are also specified. From October 1 to March 31, cemeteries are accessible from Monday to Sunday, 8 AM to 5 PM.
For the Soignies cemetery, which has a mechanical barrier, an access badge can be granted upon payment of a deposit. This applies to individuals aged 75 and over, or upon presentation of a parking card for people with reduced mobility (PMR card).
