Natagriwal has launched a call for applications for the Blue Deal Agricole, a project designed to support Walloon farmers in transitioning to more sustainable and water-friendly agricultural practices.

The Blue Deal Agricole initiative aims to assist farms in evolving their methods. The three main objectives are to reduce the use of plant protection products, decrease reliance on chemical fertilizers, and increase areas dedicated to organic farming.
The project is seeking 160 pilot farms, which will be organized into groups of 20 participants. This structure is intended to foster collaborative work on common issues and the experimentation of practical, on-the-ground solutions.
The support provided, which is entirely free, includes a personalized farm diagnosis and action plan, individual and collective technical assistance, tailored training sessions, practical trials on the farms, field visits and farmer exchanges, monitoring of agronomic and economic results, and access to a network of farmers committed to agroecological transition. A premium is also offered in case of yield losses.
Interested farmers are invited to submit their applications through an online form. Applications will be reviewed, followed by an individual interview of approximately one hour on the farm.
For detailed information on the application process, the complete call for applications document is available. The Blue Deal Agricole project is an initiative by Natagriwal.
