The Luc Therace Memorial will highlight the sport of pelota in Écaussinnes on Saturday, October 17th, 2026. The Place des Comtes will be the venue for an afternoon of competition featuring teams composed of players from National 2 and National 3 leagues.
The program will commence at 10:00 AM with the Veterans' matches. The main tournament games will begin at 1:00 PM, followed by a second match at 2:30 PM and a third at 4:00 PM.
The tournament balls are kindly provided by La Paume Maubeugoise. The event is organized by Mr. Pierre Rompato, Alderman for Sports, in conjunction with the Collège communal. Valuable support is also provided by Sigismond Senterre, Michel Lepoivre, and the tavern Le Relais.
Admission is free, and the public is warmly invited to come and cheer for the participating teams.
