The Municipality of Frasnes-lez-Anvaing is continuing to adapt its cemeteries to new funeral practices, with the recent installation of burial niches at Wattripont cemetery, following a similar initiative in Buissenal.

The cemeteries in Frasnes-Lez-Anvaing are evolving to offer more welcoming places of remembrance adapted to new funeral practices. Following the sale of burial niches at Wattripont cemetery, the municipality plans to enhance the peaceful and green character of its sites.
New benches, manufactured internally by the carpentry service, have already been installed in the Cordes and Saint-Sauveur cemeteries. In 2027, additional columbariums will complement existing infrastructure to meet citizens' expectations.
In parallel, gravediggers are preparing for the exhumation campaign starting in January 2027 at Saint-Sauveur cemetery. This work on old "common grounds" reaching the end of their term will allow for the creation of a new area for future vaults, enhanced by landscaping with plant installations.
