Starting in 2027, the Walloon Government intends to progressively strengthen measures aimed at reducing the use of phytopharmaceutical products (PPP) in sensitive areas. These areas notably include those around water catchment sites, watersheds, and vulnerable populations.
These regulatory developments are likely to have a significant impact on many farms and agricultural plots. To help professionals understand the envisaged measures and their consequences, the FWA and UAW are organizing information sessions across the various Walloon provinces.
The next meeting will take place in Jurbise on Monday, October 5, 2026. Registration will begin at 7:00 PM, with the session starting at 7:30 PM. The venue is the Salle Jacques Galant, located at rue du Moustier 8, 7050 Jurbise.
