A week of games, activities, and discoveries is offered during the autumn holidays. The Recreational Center (CRA) will host children from Monday, October 19th to Friday, October 23rd at the Fleurus Music Academy. Registrations are open from September 28th to October 11th inclusive.
Registrations can be made by sending the form via email to cra@fleurus.be, by postal mail to Rue du Solstice 1, 6220 Fleurus, or directly at the office by appointment at 0487/56 13 22 (Cité Administrative, 1st floor, education office). Registrations are subject to availability. Once availability is confirmed, the registration form, medical form, mutual insurance sticker, and payment are required to validate the registration.
To validate the registration, the necessary documents are: the registration form (in PDF), the medical form, the mutual insurance sticker, and the weekly payment (€35 for Fleurus residents and preferential rate, €50 for non-Fleurus residents). Without these items, the child's participation may be refused. The registration document is binding, and the week is due upon submission, unless cancelled by Monday, October 12th.
Requests regarding children's specific needs or group distribution should be communicated to the CRA coordinator during registration.
Activities will take place from 9 AM to 4 PM at the Académie René Borremans, located at 45 Rue Bonsecours, 6220 Fleurus. Childcare is organized from 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM. Participants are asked to bring a picnic lunch and snacks; soup is served daily and included in the fee. No refunds are possible, except upon presentation of a medical certificate submitted before the end of the CRA.
