The ASBL Hall Sportif des Collines is organizing the 2026 Sports Awards ceremony on Friday, November 6. This event aims to honor the key figures in local sports: athletes, young prospects, volunteers, clubs, associations, and individuals committed to the values of sport.
Clubs are asked to identify and propose candidates among their members, coaches, or teams who have distinguished themselves through their performance, progress, dedication, or contribution to their discipline.
Nine categories are proposed this year: Individual Sports Merit, Team Sports Merit, Prospect (for young talents), Fémin’Frasnes (for women's sports), Award for the Promotion of Sport, Fair-Play, Inclusion, Press Award (chosen by a jury of local journalists), and Public Choice Award (via Facebook vote).
It is not necessary to be a national champion to apply; significant progress, remarkable dedication, a unique journey, volunteer commitment, or an exemplary attitude are also valid reasons for nomination. Each submission will be reviewed by the jury. Up to three nominees may be selected in each category before the final winner is announced.
The application form is available and must be submitted by October 29 at the latest. The organization relies on the mobilization of its partner clubs to circulate this call and help discover the deserving individuals in the region.
